Getting Started
CapitalMrkts is a commercial lending platform built for community banks and debt funds. It automates deal qualification, underwriting, document collection, portfolio management, and investor reporting — replacing spreadsheets, email chains, and rigid legacy LOS systems with one unified platform.

Both CRE and C&I. Property types include multifamily, office, retail, industrial, hospitality, self storage, and more. Lending structures include permanent, construction, bridge, acquisition, mezzanine, and C&I term loans.
When a borrower uploads documents, our AI automatically classifies each file (rent roll, tax return, operating statement, etc.), validates it for completeness, renames it to your naming conventions, and indexes it for spreading. Mismatches and missing items are flagged in real time — the borrower is notified automatically.
Auto-spreading extracts financial line items from uploaded documents and builds a full income & expense spread across multiple periods. Revenue, vacancy, operating expenses, NOI, debt service, DSCR, and debt yield are all calculated automatically — no manual data entry.
Yes. Unlike rigid LOS systems that force a step-by-step process, CapitalMrkts lets you configure pipeline stages, document request templates, task assignments, and notification rules to match how your team actually works.
Once a deal closes, it moves into your portfolio with real-time covenant tracking, automated annual review scheduling, insurance and document ticklers, and health dashboards. You can filter by state, loan type, or portfolio manager and assign tasks in bulk.
You build a report template with the exact components your LPs or syndication partners want to see — loan summary, financial performance, covenant status, risk assessment, or any custom fields. Hit one button and the platform generates a report for every loan in your portfolio. No manual compilation.
Security & Compliance
Yes. CapitalMrkts uses bank-grade encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access controls, and audit logging. We maintain SOC 2 compliance and undergo regular security assessments.
All data is stored in the United States on SOC 2 compliant infrastructure with automated backups and disaster recovery.
